Have you been putting off making a Will for a long time?  Its probably easier than you think.

Did you know that without a Will all your estate may not automatically pass to your husband or wife?  Have you considered whether your estate will exceed the nil rate band for inheritance tax purposes?  We can provide you with advice on this.  Home visits can also be arranged.

There are many advantages to making a Will, some of which are:-

  1. You will ease the burden upon your family at a stressful time.
  2. It will give you peace of mind.
  3. It enables you to leave specific gifts – even making sure that Aunt Peggy’s diamond ring finds its way to the right finger.
  4. It enables you to make donations to charities.
  5. You can appoint testamentary guardians should you die before your children reach 18.
