If you wish to sell your house you will need to have a Home Information Pack (HIP) before you market it. 

We provide quality HIPs at a competitive price and we can normally complete them within seven to ten days. 

The HIP will include the mandatory Energy Performance Certificate and you can use it with any estate agent.  We can also provide a full service to include the sale of your home (see our page entitled “Conveyancing”). 

If you use us to prepare your HIP we will give you 10% off the cost of selling your house.
